Preowned Guitars, Basses & Effects: Customers may return guitars within 3 days of receipt if they change their mind. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A full refund will be issued, minus marketplace or shipping costs, once the item passes a general inspection.

Accessories & Parts: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A full refund will be issued, minus marketplace or shipping costs.

Final Sale / Discounted Items: Any item purchased at a discounted, sale, promotional, clearance, or reduced price is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
