Shipping policy
The shipping charge is clearly marked as part of the checkout process. At no point will we ask you to pay additional shipping charges. That said, for international orders, you might be asked by your local customs office to pay import duties, taxes or tariffs. Soul Drifter Guitars is not liable for these post-sale charges.
Please note that Auspost and our other courier services are 3rd party businesses and Soul Drifter Guitars can not be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak times.
If you live rurally or in a remote area which our couriers cannot access, we will use generally use Australia Post or notify you of an alternative courier to get to those areas.
Processing and Delivery Timeframe
We endeavour to process all purchases promptly and usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. As soon as your order is booked for collection with our couriers you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. Most orders will be delivered within 5 working days from shipping notification. Please allow up to 10 working days to WA.
Please understand that due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, some orders may be subject to shipping delays
