Fender Japan Aerodyne Stratocaster AST White 2013

This Fender Aerodyne Stratocaster AST-DMC in great condition and in perfect working order. A rare model available only in sporadic, short production runs from Fender Japan, this Strat was made exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and features a beautiful White gloss finish with matching headstock and black body binding. 

Loaded with Fender pickups from the factory, the guitar boasts an HSS pickup configuration wired to a five-way pickup selector toggle. The neck pickup has been switched to a Dimarzio Chopper for a fuller, punchier tone out of the neck position. With appreciable output and tonal characteristics suited for both crystalline clean tones and higher gain crunch, the Aerodyne feels elegant and effortless. The pickups are truly an upgrade from the normal Fenders you would find in Aerodynes.

The four-bolt neck has a contoured heel allowing for easy access to the highest frets, and the "Made in Japan" text with "JD" prefix serial number is present directly above the neck heel. 

Condition: Some dings and scratches along the body, particularly one ding repair in the bottom of the guitar body (professionally repaired, see pictures), nothing major that is visible from afar.

Playability: Straight neck, little fret wear, action is comfortable, no issues with electronics.
