G&L USA ASAT Cherry Sunburst

A beautifully appointed US-made G&L ASAT. Leo Fender’s “final word” on bolt-on Tele-style guitars. This one delivers from all angles. From the bound body to the silky smooth neck and premium hardware. If you have never picked up a G&L, they absolutely come alive in your hands, super resonant and a joy to play and this is a prime example.

Features a Swamp Ash body, with its gorgeous grain shining through in all of its glory. This choice of material isn't just for aesthetic value though, as Swamp Ash delivers a balanced sound with warm lows, crisp highs and lots of natural resonance. Its light weight is another advantage, making this guitar a perfect option for live performance.   

The ASAT's bolt-on Maple neck offers a bright and snappy response, giving notes plenty of bite and upper mid-range vibrancy. This guitar is meant to be a versatile workhorse, the pickups can create everything from chimney cleans to surprisingly powerful distorted sounds. 

Condition: Dings and chips around the body and neck but very good shape overall (check pictures)l, some build-up and chrome flaking on the hardware
