The E-SA-125 LTS is Edwards' interpretation of the classic ES-335 formula, combining vintage-inspired semi-hollow design with the exceptional consistency and build quality that have made Edwards one of Japan's most respected domestic-market guitar brands. Built in 2012, this model delivers the warmth, resonance, and versatility expected from a premium semi-hollow instrument while incorporating carefully selected modern components.
Constructed with a laminated maple body and mahogany centre block, the E-SA-125 LTS offers the airy response and harmonic richness associated with traditional ES-style guitars while retaining excellent feedback resistance and sustain. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard provide a smooth, familiar playing experience with a comfortable profile suited to everything from jazz and blues to classic rock and fusion.
Electronics are handled by a proven Seymour Duncan combination: SH-2 Jazz in the neck and SH-14 Custom 5 in the bridge. The SH-2 delivers articulate cleans, excellent note separation, and warm neck-position tones, while the SH-14 adds increased output, tight bass response, and impressive clarity under gain. Together they create a remarkably versatile instrument capable of covering a wide range of musical styles without losing the character that makes a semi-hollow guitar special.
Finished in classic Cherry, the guitar captures the timeless aesthetic that made the ES-335 one of the most iconic electric guitars ever produced. The thin lacquer-style finish allows the instrument to resonate freely while developing character over time.
A professional-grade MIJ semi-hollow that combines vintage-inspired design, premium electronics, and outstanding Japanese craftsmanship.
