The EDWARDS E-SE-108 RE Stratocaster delivers a beautifully executed vintage-style experience, wrapped in a relic’d Candy Apple Red lacquer finish with a matching headstock. Built with an alder body, a maple neck, and a slab-board rosewood fingerboard, it channels the feel and tone of early ’60s Strat models—only without the Custom Shop price tag. The thin lacquer finish and realistic relic work recreate decades of natural wear, giving the guitar a broken-in aesthetic that feels authentic right out of the case.

Under the hood, Edwards keeps things firmly in pro-grade territory: Seymour Duncan SSL-1 pickups, USA CTS pots, quality capacitors, vintage-style tremolo, and Kluson tuners. The SSL-1 set delivers bright, chimey single-coil tones with tight lows and expressive mids—perfect for classic Strat snap and sparkle. Combined with the alder/maple/rosewood recipe, the result is an instrument that sounds open, lively, and unmistakably vintage.

Condition: Some very minor scratches, only noticeable when looking up close. Barely noticeable grooving on the back from rubbing up against belt.

Playability: Straight neck, no buzzing, very little fret wear, action is comfortable, no issues with electronics
